Have a plumbing or HVAC-related question? We have the answer! Check out our FAQs below to learn more about our company and services.

  • Should I hire a plumber for a running toilet?

If you feel comfortable enough to disassemble and install a new internal toilet valve mechanism, then you don't necessarily need a plumber and could try that project on your own. If you feel overwhelmed at the thought of fixing your running, water-wasting toilet, then call us today. Our experienced plumbers will silence your toilet to a whisper on the same day!

  • Do we offer emergency plumbing?

We try our best to accommodate all of our customers, especially in their times of need. Homeowners often experience leaks, water heater problems, or, even worse, broken pipes. These are major issues that a professional plumber should deal with as soon as possible to prevent further damage to the rest of your home. We provide same-day emergency plumbing and can help if needed.

  • Why hire a licensed plumber?

A plumber must demonstrate their competence as an installer of plumbing systems to an official executing board prior to being issued a license. A plumbing code that is technically perfect is valueless if its provisions are not observed and enforced. The issuance of a license by a community specifies that the holder is qualified both theoretically and practically and that their technical knowledge is sufficient to maintain the standards of the code. Adhering to plumbing codes in your home ensures the job was done correctly and safely and was valued at the time of sale in the future.

  • How do I connect my sump pump overflow to my septic tank or sewer line?

It is illegal (and not a very environmentally or plumbing-friendly practice) to connect any rain or groundwater to the sewer or a septic tank. If, however, you do connect them, you should at the very least put a trap in the line to keep sewer gas out of the house. Our best recommendation is to call a licensed plumber to ensure all proper steps are taken.

  • Does bathroom and kitchen remodeling require a plumber for fixture installation?

We work with many home improvement and general contractors for bathroom or kitchen installations. Re-running drain pipes and installing new sinks, tubs, vanities, and more are our specialties and we encourage you to hire a licensed plumber when faced with these projects. Make sure whatever contractor you hire has a licensed plumber who has pulled permits to work on your property so that everything is up to code.
